Email Technique: Using the Memo To Me - Free Reminder Service, set yourself a daily "reminder" email, using your affirmation. Every day, Memo To Me will email you a reminder of your affirmation!
Writing Technique #1: Write a favorite affirmation down on a slip of paper nine times. Carry it with you or pin it somewhere where you will see it on a regular basis.
Writing Technique #2: Write several affirmations on the same theme (wealth, health, weight loss) down on a slip of paper. Carry it with you or pin it somewhere where you will see it on a regular basis.
Candle Technique: Write your favorite affirmations down on a slip of paper nine times. Set it down in front of a candle of the right color, and repeat the affirmation out loud nine times. Burn the slip of paper in the candle, then blow out the candle.
One-Word Affirmations: One-word affirmations can be powerful when they are repeated like a mantra.
Remember to relax: If you know any meditation techniques, use them to enter a relaxed mental state when you do your affirmations.
First-Second Person Technique: Re-write affirmations in the first and second person, then using your name. "I am wealthy", "You are wealthy", "(Your name) is wealthy".
Affirmation Art: Do a painting with the right color scheme, and write your affirmation on it.
Creating your own affirmations: When creating your own affirmations, make sure that they are positive. For example, if you want to generate wealth with affirmations, say "I am a magnet for money", don't say "I am paying down my debts."
